ADR Panels
Linda Fritz, Esq., Principal of
Conflict Resolution, has been a member of the American
Arbitration Association's National Roster of Neutrals, (Arbitration and
Mediation Panels), for more than 12 years. Ms. Fritz also serves on the San
Diego Superior Court's Panel of Mediators and Arbitrators, is a member of
the Board of Directors of the California Dispute Resolution Council, and a
member of the San Diego Superior Court's ADR Bench/Bar committee, which
governs San Diego's Mediation Pilot Program.
